ON RAMP (Beginner’s) Program

 ~On-ramp classes are required for all new members. Our On Ramp program focuses on functional movements that are the foundation of our fitness program. As you become more efficient in movements and skill you will slowly ease into our normal CrossFit program.  You will also be educated in nutrition, set goals, and overall assessment of current fitness level. Please contact us to set up your On-Ramp classes! If you are ready for a positive change, whatever it may be, we can get you to where you want to be!

~Remember please be on time for WOD’s. CrossFit Haywood will start on time.
