This is achieved through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity! Here at CrossFit Haywood every workout will be guided and instructed by a Certified CrossFit Trainer. Our Box (CrossFit term for gym) is equipped with Kettlebells, Barbells, Bumper Plates, Pullup Racks, Tires, Sleds, Plyo Boxes, Gymnastic Rings and other equipment used for intense functional movements .
