WOD: Teams of 3 or 4
21 minute AMRAP
150 WB (20/14)
75 burpee box jump (24/20)
*250 m row.
1 Athlete always on rower changing out every 250 m. The other athletes are chipping away at the rest of reps and exercises. Complete as a team all 150 wall ball shots then work on burpee box jump. If completed then start back at the WB’s. Teams can rotate through wall balls as you choose. 1 peson on rower 1 person performing wb and 1 resting etc.
