Work up to a 5 RM. Then 1 x 5 @ 95%, 1 x 5 @ 90% of 5 RM
WOD: 9 minutes
Perform 3 rds every 3 minutes of:
5 Push Press (95/65) Rx+(135/95)
20 Double Unders – (RX+ Unbroken)
*if you fail to complete 3 rds within the 3 min. then turn it into an AMRAP for remaining time.
Record time for each of the 3 round cycles.
